Who is happening?

A very close friend recently said to me "Jessie, you look so happening!"

I am very flattered, thank you but I laughed so hard. LOL Unlike so many of our friends, we don't go party or travel the world. Instead, Yew Wai and I like to stay at home, do groceries and recycle. Just last weekend, we are so happy to stumble across a Japanese market and find that we were blissful to walk among the aisle of Japanese noodle section! Later, we squeeze into the line of a chaotic fight for Bento boxes and enjoyed a $10 dinner for two in the food court.

Aren't we completely, the contrary of "happening"? And I think she knows that, deep inside... somewhere...
